Samantha Robinson, CLU, ChFC
Since 1997, Samantha has worked in sales and management roles and had the tremendous opportunity to view the needs of an organization from the individual producer level as well as the local leader and corporate sponsor point of view. That perspective provides her insights into the needs of everyone involved in success of an organization. A project only hits the marks intended when everyone is aligned and is empowered to contribute.
From her own personal experiences grew an interest in embracing diversity to bring out the best of everyone and elevate results of a team. She has had the privilege of being involved in successful diversity and inclusion work for several years and approaches engagements through that lens. As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Samantha helps clients develop cultural competency to be the best they can be for those they impact every day.
